For some unfortunate cases, please kindle understand some items may no be in stocks.
If your country is not on the shipping list, you need to make a special order. 
For those countries, it is only available by Premium EMS or other shipping way.

<Partial Cancellation>
When it is paid by credit card, please be aware of partial cancellation not available once the card payment is already executed.
Cash refund is not available. But it can be replaced with mileage points instead.

Returns & Exchanges
We kindly ask you to examine it prior to the purchase(e.g. item, color)
It shall be executed within 7days regarding requesting any replacement to our customer service center with stating regarding causes and reasons.
Every single customer should bear any shipping cost for replacements/returns due to"Change of Mind"
Any request for a placement to another item shall be deemed as change of mind.
However any replacements/returns due to faults in our products or mistakes occur by SILSTARBRUSH, Shipping fees will be borne by us.
It is sure to help our staffs identify the item if you include the order number in the returning parcel.
IMPORTANT : The recipient of the order are responsible for any importing duties and taxes charged by your country and any carrier-related fees.
These additional charge will be collected from the recipient by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. 

Very IMPORTANT : EMS is tracked with tracking NO. It is assured delivery system. By the way, Registered Air mail could not tracked with tracking NO.

If you choose the shipping method, you are responsible for the lost or damage of the products on the delivery.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
